Same type of msg as Nov 6 2020 post/ comment. Called it back by blocking my caller ID. Robocall answered identified as horizon bc/bs med benefits company. Prompt for me to continue, I hung up. This type of contact and voicemail is unprofessional , incomplete, unverifiafiable, rude and skeptical, can't even verify it's a legit call/company by the phone number.
