Who called me from this phone number (973) 561-3756

Person asked for a namura and said this is the property address. HMMM. How did she know what the address was? It said it was a valid number? No identifying call ID. I think this should be illegal. Not sure what her intentions were. She did not identify herself or the purpose of the call. so i hung up
