Calls everyday asking for information on electric bills for refund. Have demanded not to call that I am not interested and they keep calling multiple times a day.
Man calls and demands information from our electric bill. When I state we are not interested, he gets angry and tells me to give him the information so he can see if we qualify for rebate. I tell him no, and hang up and he calls back repeatedly. He claims he is NOT 3rd party and says he has all our information, just needs me to verify. When I tell him, no, that he should email me his credentials, he gets angrier. I hang up again, he calls back 5 times! I instruct office not to answer calls from MCI Relay One, Inc 973-302-9007!

I just called her back and in my best "official" voice said This is the Jersey office of internal regulations and fraud department of deceit and reputation of telecommunications (totally made that up) investigating the various reports of consumer complaint and fraud speculation on behalf of the curmugeon people of NJ.... are you aware that a superfluous fine will be stringently imposed for every call that goes out and can I have your name and identification numerals please?
