Fake number, scammers trying to use info pretending to be a fake company to some how steal money. In my case it was "roofers" I immediately realized something was wrong with it when I realized the area code and first three numbers repeated. Tried calling back and didn't work. Skip ahead to a few days later, suddenly they want to help with the roof again... Strange Indian guy and some other strange Arab girl.
