Who called me from this phone number (971) 286-7248

Caller ID comes up as FRAUD ALERT. The first time I answered it they started saying something and I said I'm sorry I am hearing impaired can you repeat that and they hung up on me. So I know it was spam because if it was a actual fraud alert, they would have stayed on the line.
