Absolutely horrible call! One they are hard to understand, two they are not qualified licensed employees she stated “I am a qualified representative and my goal is to connect you to a licensed representative.” Well you probably should not start a call out expressing your not qualified and are aiming to soon transfer me to someone who is. I kindly refused offer and she just kept speaking, I then kindly stated “ I am not interested in your offer” she just kept speaking so I had to hang up on her and I hate doing that to another person but she was not taking no for an answer. Lastly they called 5x in the last 3 hours. Completely rude. Definitely spam.
