Alleged past due account with Apria threatening collection. I have no past due bills with Apria - I called Apria's billing department directly about any bills, past due or otherwise. Scam.
Receiving calls from 971-217-9927 claims to be related to CPAP company and trying to collect on bill that does exist.

I got a call regarding a balance due from this number with a web address claiming to be ebay Apria. Apria is the company that I rent my CPAP machine from.
couldn't understand speech - person was not sure who they were calling for- finally ended call with request to return call at our convenience
8am call requesting I pay the balance on my Apria account, supplied no details.
posing to be from a health care service asking for personal info
They wanted authorization for a Mc Book Pro on my Amazon account. Amazon customer service shows no such order.

This is ABC Apria collection who is trying to collect a bill that the company has refused to bill Medicare for. I have been complaining to Apria for 6 months and have finally gotten Medicare fraud involved to help settle this.

Got a call from 9712179927 claiming my durable equipment was denied by my insurance and that I owed $19.99 to Apria for the equipment. They asked for my credit card number.
Same as others. Indian(?) accent, wanted information they already should know about me. They hung up when I pointed such out.
Not sure if it is actually Apria. They are so disfunctional that I wouldn't be surprised if it were from them. Hard to tell scam from real so I disregard.
My husband received his first call from this number today, saying it was Apria about collecting a past due bill. We are still with Apria and all payments are current. We will be switching to a different company, but have to get all doctor info lined up first. Apria had informed us that they will no longer work with our insurance company (I found out by accident). If this really IS them, this is wrong. Apria is NOT a good company!

Keep calling about my account. Said could pay by credit card or banking information. Caller admitted he was calling from out of the country even though it showed a 971 area code.. I'm sure if I complied, my funds would be spent all over the world! If you owe, request a hard copy bill and pay by personal check.
