Who called me from this phone number (970) 945-4043

I received 2 calls (this time is not the first time I have been called by Peerless Network of Colorado) both threatening to stop my Soc. Sec. checks because of some sort of illegal activity regarding my benefit. If the source of these scam calls are known, why hasn't this business been put OUT OF BUSINESS? It is unfortunate that some people might actually believe their threats.
