It's probably "safe", but the message left on the recorder mentioned an issue with Federal Documents files "on the 16th"(???) by the clerk of courts... WHAAT??? don't fall for it.
this seems to be a "phishing" company interested in whether/not your business has assets for possible recovery from another party. when we said we had none, no longer had the company, they VERY quickly hung up!
