Person calling asked to speak with someone who handled our ink and toner, when I told him we already had a company, he hung up on me
Woman name Kendall has called a few times claiming to have spoken with our our purchases, but he doesn't recall. When I told her the best way to reach him would be via email, she said, "Well, that isn't how this works and I already emailed him and spoke with him. So why don't you go tell him he talked to me and I need to discuss things further hun!" Since I was now upset with her condescending and demeaning nature, I let her know that will not be happening, he never spoke with you nor will he, she she would like to email she could. "She told me, well you tell him he did talk to me and I will be calling back!" No you won't cause you're about to be blocked!
Ink and toner company. Wanted to offer pricing I asked to have it sent via email. This guy called back and said that he doesn't work through email. I said I don't work through verbal communications. He told me to enjoy overpaying for ink and toner. I gave him a few select words and hung up.

Spam call cussing on my voicemail
Got a call this morning from Jason stating that he would send out 2 cartridge's for our office printer and then once we use one then they would contact us to move forward with PAYMENT for them. I asked how many pages the catridges print and he said it varies. Once I told him that I was not interested, he tried to "explain" and when I said no, cancel everything he hung up on me.

Kendall called and requested to speak with our office manager. When asked to be taken off our call list she demanded there was not a list, and refused to take us off one. Then proceeded to tell us she would be calling back. She also refused to tell us what Universal was, "if my office manager would answer the phone then she would know"
