Who called me from this phone number (970) 530-4423

I get these calls 1 or 2 times a day! so annoying and different numbers each time. I block them as they come in, but call with a new number the next time. most recent from today is 970-469-4139 and It's usually "Jenna" and I forget the male name that is used.

Got the same call from a different number. I want these people stopped. I shouldn't have to keep blocking numbers. They should stop making robocalls. I really don't even know how to label them. Is it a scam? Is it just a REALLY BAD TELEMARKETING ploy?
