Who called me from this phone number (970) 514-3306

Said it was a debt collector looking for me (did not say my name correctly and I don't have anything with collections). When I said they had the wrong number the man asked me if I would take a survey instead. I hung up.

I finally blocked it because It was calling all hours but now it just pops up the but the number has been blocked. Still very annoying
