Who are they?

It dead silent waiting for me to say things. F these scam calls

Yes terrible scam we are going to shut off power for non payment

Robocall for car warranty.

Did not answer unknown number shows as possible Spam call.

This number has called me 7 - 10 times over 3 months, I have never picked up, but every time a voicemail is left asking me to call him back to discuss letter he sent me re: my property. Not all the voicemails have been identical and have not sounded like robo calls, but could be. They just ask me to call him back. So not sure the 'purpose' of the calls. I'm going to block the number.
