Received a text to click on the link “ Amazon Prime Notice: We can't verify your primary customer payment, you must update your amazon account otherwise we will lock your account:"https://bit.ly/3HWYlW9" AMZ-ID-#_STRING_#”

This phone number called me and asked me if I was me by my full name and then they asked me to verify the last four of my social security number by stating it to me and it was correct! I asked for the name of the company and they refuse to give it to me. I called back and they still refused to give me the name of the company.

Calls between 10 and 5 p.m. never leaves a me ssage let's it ring like five times hangs up calls all the time.
