They got my moms information, in fragments, and got my phone as contact. They call and leave message, or go into harassing you saying you, or my mom in this case, has a pending claim against your name to be filled out against your name and Social Security number. The message continues asking you to call 1-877-295-6589. On my first and second call, they said they would go to your my mom's home or her job. I asked what the account was, they gave me an account my mom never had an account with, that is when I understood this was a SHAM. Also, my mom has her accounts in place, it did sound out of place. After the first and second call, they once again tried the same thing 40 days later. I just got two messages from them in my cell phone. I hope the justice system catch these gang.
