Because of the annoyance of unwanted callers, I no longer answer my landline when I do not recognize the number or name in the read-out. There should be serious fines for these interruptive people who have nothing better to do with their lives than try to scam others! BAH HUMBUG!
Got a call from this number, caller ID says ABN AMRO MORT-Sounds like a mortgage company. Don't know anyone except a third cousin in Florida. And we have not had a mortgage in 10 years. i guess this is a SCAM

FL veteran received a call from this number stating he was calling from the VA Division of Endeavor Solutions. Called the number and spoke to Charlie who would not give his name or explain the company he worked for. He immediately hung up when i asked for his last name. Claimed to attempt to lower a veteran's interest rate and stated she was ignorant for not providing information or taking the offer.
