They have called my phone many times about "my car warranty" Do NOt Answer

Me, my daughter and ex husband are getting the same calls from a woman, name Kathleen Gaines and/or Linda Anderson, claiming she is an attorney, trying to collect a debt we have no knowledge of. She has literally scared the crap out of my daughter and has severely stressed her out with the constant harassing, insults and threats. I have repeatedly asked her who the original lender and/or creditor is and she will not give it to me. She only accuses me of committing a crime and that they are going to take legal action. Now, I’m a law abiding, tax paying citizen and to be accused of something I unaware of, is very baffling. I am very insulted and very pissed off. How can this person be dealt with. She needs to be prosecuted for her over the top disrespectful actions. Oh, Not to mention, she said we must be Mexican or black because of the way we we’re talking to her. WOW
