This is a 3rd party debt collector. These people seem to have absolutely NO REGARD FOR THE LAW and break it each and every time they attempt to call. This is fact: YOU OWE NOTHING to a 3rd party debt collector. EVER! Besides, the caller left a VM saying she would garnish wages. *SHE CANNOT SAY THAT. It's only done by original creditor but after winning a court case! It is illegal for debt collectors to say such stupid things. But they only exist by fear tactics. Don't fall for it. She can be sued for leaving such a message.

I just received a call from 851-267-2199 claiming that my social security number had been suspended and it was from an automated system climing that if I did not contact lisa and I asked my husband if a social security number could be suspened he called the number back and and spoke to a man and he hung up on my husband and my husband called back and a man with an india sounding accent picked up when my husband asked him to verify the man hung up the phone after he told them not to call my number again.

Robocall from Banning, California claiming “my Social Security number has been suspended”. As a Social Worker I know that the Social Security Administration (SSA) does not call unless they have scheduled a call in writing via USPS mail or they are returning a call initiated by the individual client who contacted the SSA. Also, the Social Security number does not get suspended—benefits may get suspended if the client receives Social Security benefits but the SSA will notify the client in writing at least 30 days prior to stopping the benefits and they also give the client the option to appeal within the 30 days prior to changing or stopping benefits. The SSA is required by Federal Law to give the client this option to appeal (due process) but everything is documented in writing.

Robocall claiming my social security number has been shut down. Umm Life Lock has no such information.
