Who called me from this phone number (951) 261-8255

Been getting lots of scam calls, though they do not speak the caller id shows Credit One Bank. If it was a wrong number they would at least ask for a person name, or at least acknowledge wrong number. When I pick up it took a long time to connect, so it was connecting to foreign country. If you gave them your personal information immediately contact that bank and freeze the account.
