Have repeatedly told them that the person they are looking for is not at this number, and to remove my number from their dialling list. They do NOT listen or care.

A recorded message that did not identify the name of the business, just saying that had to call them back at 949-812-7752. I don't think so - my cellphone number has been on the donotcall.gov list for years, and they should be able to tell that their records are out of date.
