I received a text message from toll roads telling me I owe a toll avoidance, I questioned by texting them with no response, I tried calling the customer service number in which it immediately had a busy signal, I have received the same message a week ago but that one was from Massachusetts . First of all where I live there is no Toll roads anywhere in the. State, and I haven’t been out of the state for over two years

Text on 2-8-2025 from 9497274800 that I owe money on an unpaid toll. Don’t live in California and do not use any of the listed roads/routes. Never heard of these people. This is a scam.
