Who called me from this phone number (949) 534-3059

Do seem to call every two hours to Sammy health insurance even though I had help insurance for a while now. Won’t stop calling me no matter how many times I asked them not to call my number or that I have insurance. They talk over me regardless of the fact that I’m trying to tell them that I do not want them to call. Very rude people
