Who called me from this phone number (949) 529-9709

Robo call Claims I was on their job site then asks if I can hear them ok (wanting a response most likely to get you to say yes and have your voice recorded). I did not reply and the call simply hung up after about 5 seconds. (if it was legit, most calls would say something like Hello? or are you still there? not just hang up)
