Area Code 949 Scams and Spam Calls

They stayed on the call listing, called back and the lady that answered said she could hear me

I've gotten two different spam texts from this number, both offering loans. The first message was for debt consolidation and the second was for a home equity loan. In the messages they've addressed me by my first and middles names. I know my info was recently part of another data breach, this time from a lender, so it's not a shock that scammers are using the info for spam texts.

Got a text stating I have a large pending charge. "Act fast" "dont let it linger" ~ Click to resolve.

Received a text from this number warning me about my pictures on my phone could be wiped out in 2 hours and it listed my cell phone number. They included a link to act now to keep them.

Rude and unprofessional. Will not tell you who he is with or what the call is regarding.

Received calls from this number. The person stated he was calling from the Road Way Inn Motel - 2440 W. State Road 84Fort LauderdaleFloridaUnited States 33312. Gave a death threat and extorted $2K accompanied by several gruesome images texted from 15 different phone numbers. I reported the local local police with evidence. No action.

Recorded message about a pending case, with a case number, blah blah blah, this is our last attempt before we reach out to your place of employment.
