This is a debt collector, the calls start out fine with a nice person taking your information and asking you questions about your information so they can see what they can do to help you out with your unpaid debt. You then get transferred to a senior debt collector who argues with you, asked you to defer your car payment so you can pay them in full, they ask you why you're unwilling to defer your car payment, after you explain why the gentleman let's you know the answer you gave him is not good enough, they start arguing with you, speaks to you in a condescending tone, try's to say his tone is not condescending but firm - it is not firm when you keep arguing with your client over why their answer is not good enough for you. They speak over you and won't let you talk to further tell the gentleman you're still unwilling to defer a car payment. You then have to hang up the call because he is so argumentative. I asked to speak to the other representative again and he refused to transfer me back. By Felicia - blocked.
