Received a call from this number stating they had requests for medical records. As we are a small clinic this isn't completely out of the ordinary, but when one name and DOB didn't match anyone we have and the second did, it sounded like she was fishing. Scary that she had a name and DOB but I told her I would need to verify with patient and see signed record requests. Of course, nothing came after that.
