ANY 949-288-XXXX is the problem. Who issues this prefix? Telecom make money on the calls and doesn't police itself. Its prefix of the day for scam whack a mole. Tomorrow it will be different. Gotten a dozen calls from this prefix today alone. **Scammers/hackers take great pride in crushing souls and stealing dreams for money.** God, which they don't believe in, will judge them - is the only satisfaction.
