Same here. Went directly to voicemail and "Frank" also left me a voicemail saying he was from "my mortgage company," he was calling for my "annual mortgage review," and that he wanted to ensure I was receiving the "rate I deserve." The phone line then cut off

It was from Frank from "mortgage lender" and want to review my mortgage. This is unsolicited and did not say which company he is from.

Range once, went to voice mail. I am not sure how they do it, but the message was completely quiet. as if they held back.

I also just received a call from Frank. Phone rang briefly and went quickly to voice mail. Wanted to review my mortgage. This was unsolicited and unwanted.

Cell phone didn’t ring but they were able to leave a voicemail. Mortgage review. Left this number as a call back number but called from ?a different number - (949) 541-4804?. Did not text me. Will be blocking both numbers...

Similar to the above posts, I just received the "Frank" call and text ...blocking both numbers now

You are not allowed to represent yourself as someone's mortgage company to trick them into talking to you. Frank called me too. Has to be a robo call. Not my lender

Txt me saying they tried leaving a message and to please call them back @ 949-245-0584. Or reply to their txt "No Thanks" Wanted to go over my mortgage account, I rent

Scam

"Frank" left me a voicemail message regarding refinancing my mortgage. "Frank" then proceeded to text me right after he left the voicemail. Googling the number that called me led me to Neutral Tandem-California, Llc. Whether or not "Frank" works for this company is unclear. However, I will continue to ignore any future calls/texts I receive, as well as file a formal complaint.

Caller left message stating he was my lender for my home mortgage. He is not my lender and is just trying to cold call potentials clients to refinance their mortgage. He has also tried to call back and when i blocked his call he proceeded to text me.
