This is very safe indeed - they only call you if you ask for help.
In my case, a family member inquired for me to receive VA Benefits but I was never informed of that request. I was suspicious when they called me ("How did they get my number and email address? - Is this a scam?!?!?")
But after researching the company I found it was legit and my sister told me she asked for help in my name, submitting my contact info, etc. It sure would have been a lot easier if she told me she had done so....
In the end all worked out fine - the gentleman i spoke to was very understanding of my skepticism and they helped me get a benefit I didn't even know was available to me.
Life is much easier now with the financial aid I was able to get.
Interesting that none of the categories this service provides fit the scenario - hence the "Unknown" classification. There should be a selectin for "Legit" or "Safe".....
