Unfortunately, this was not done. There was some plywood taken off and there was a very intense rainfall event. Needless to say a lot of water came in and damaged the ceiling as well as much of the insulation. The water damage needed time to dry out, but this was never done. Now there is mold growing. They came to fix the ceiling, but only covered over the ceiling with paint and not really address the mold. To make matters worse, one worker went into the attic and stepped on a water line and busted the pipe in two places. So, even more damage was done to the ceiling and insulation. There was one place he couldn't get to so a hole was cut in the ceiling. The pipe was fixed, however, there was a slow drip that lasted for weeks. I've asked for a final bill, before I sign the completion, but to date, this has not been done. To add insult to injury, the head construction leader, came rudely into my home and threatened to put a lien on me. However, with such an unprofessional job, it is worth ½ or less of the original price. Will I ever get "equitable" adjustment from this company? I doubt it ?
