Who called me from this phone number (938) 837-0208

Caller ID Spoofing. The number showed from Boaz, Alabama but the exchange was not. After searching here, I found the same number also was calling Ohio also as a local call from same number. Repeated calls. Never left a message. I blocked the number after finally reporting this number +1 (938) 837-0208.
