Received call in evening 7:50pm 11/08/17, Female announced my full name and asked if I would identify myself, I ignored the request and asked what the call is in reference too, she again asked if I was Chesslie Neal and named the last for numbers of my social security number, I asked what the call was about but refused to identify myself, she explained had a legal complaint on me and a document to serve me, again she asked me to identify myself, i responded by saying I am a licensed Privat Investigator in Fl and I will report the call.
