I just received the same spam text about a prescription benefits card.
Okay. Freaked me out because I just had some private info exposed thanks to a Cyberattack but it seems I'm not the only one who got this. I too, received a strange "USRx Card" Prescription image from this number, after I decided not to answer them. Member #1290864 was the number on this supposed card. The card is in really bad quality, if you zoom in, it's pixelated. If you got the same image with the same number, this isn't a legitimate card they're showing you. Just some spam for sure!

Got a text stating that I had an updated prescription card, which is obviously real. I blocked the number after I deleted the text.
Got a text from this number with only date and time
also a text (like another person on 8/11/2020) that had a copy of a prescription benefits card.
