Caller with foreign accent asked for my husband by last name and then his first name and said he was calling from the "pharmacy" our insurance has contracted with, would not say why he was calling, then asked for me by name, then he asked for one of our adult sons who hadn't been on our insurance for over 20 years. He never told me the reason for the call.
