Called at almost 9pm! Some people work really early in the mornings and go to bed early

I'm giving caller benefit of the doubt in calling this "telemarketing". Have received calls from this number at least once a week. Caller says this is Christy and then robo takes over to talk about car warranty.

Answered. The call was prerecorded. The voice couldn't answer what 2+2 was. I told it to remove me but it didn't seem to understand that either.

Said was Medicaid and asked can you hear me. I made the mistake of saying yes and then yes hung up.
