Got this call over and over again, this guy just wouldn't give up. This Alex guy said because I didn't let him on my computer they are going renew my subscription (for what I don't know) and charge me $2000.00.
They will tell you not to talk to someone unless they gi e you a code. They want you to cash a $500 check and mail it bsck.
