Scammer says my pin number changed

Supposedly this was a debt collector. Was kind of scary, I don’t typically get like the way I did. You’re my social, DOB, or personal information. I was even given a case number. Was informed that has been a warrant out for my arrest for over 25 years! I’ve never received so much is a parking violation. My name, address is public information. Supposedly was a private detective. After listening for a few minutes I said, you seem to know an awful lot about me, yet, why am I still walking the streets? I went on to say, you’re doing a bang up job if you haven’t been able to find me!! I said after I speak with my husband who is an attorney, I will gladly call you back. Needless to say, they hung up on me. I hesitate to get rid of my home phone for emergency purposes. In most jurisdictions, if 911 is needed, they instantly have your location. From the majority of cell phones, this isn’t the case. It’s pretty much the only reason I keep my home number. Also, sulfones get lost, stolen, broken, etc.

calls multiple times and continuously. Leaves no voicemail

CALLED TODAY REGARDING A GOVERNMENT GRANT THAT I WON BECAUSE BEING A GREAT TAX PAYER. WANTED MY BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER. CALLED BACK FROM A DIFFERENT PHONE AND THEY ASKED WHY I WAS CALLING. I SAID YOU CALLED MY CELLPHONE AND I COULDN'T ANSWER SO I'M CALLING YOU BAK FROM MY WORK NUMBER. THEY HUNG UP ON ME.
