My phone ID shows “JD power and Associates†and they leave no message. Called me twice today at 5:04 PM and 5:59 PM. Others state that my phone ID is correct, that they’re calling with a survey or to ask you about something because you have a capital one card and they sold the names and phone numbers. I’ve never owned a capital one card. I blocked their number.
