Got call said to press 1 if I did'nt want to have an auto withdrawal of $299.00 from my account
Got robo call to hit #1 to get refund of money charged for subscription for computer protection which I never authorized. Said I had to get on my computer to get refund by filling out a form he would email to me. Sounded shady, like a way for him to get access to my computer so I told him no way and hung up. Sure this is one of many scams out there as I have not agreed to have anyone access my computer who just phones up. Scam, scam, scam for sure.
Got a call from this number said to call there or my subscription wouldn’t stop I don’t have to keep on praying for
call from 925-503-0439 stating computer service no longer offered and to hit 1 for refund. Each time I receive this call I ignore but today decided to file report. I see other reports have been filed for this number as well. THANKS!!
The above number called me yesterday, July 30th, 2019 at 3:29pm. My cell phone indicated SCAM, so I did not answer it. I decided to call the number today. Recording came on, indicating this number is NOT IN SERVICE! This HAS TO STOP!!!!
Got robo call to hit #1 to get refund charged for computer protection which I had never authorized. Said I had to get on my computer to get refund but would not tell me who authorized charge but that it had already been charged to me. Appears to me that by completing whatever form that would have been on my computer would have actually authorized the withdrawal from my account - or I certainly hope that is the case. Caught me at a bad time and pretty much told him where he could go and that he had better put the refund back the same way he had taken it out as I was not going to be on the computer for him.
got a call from this number did not answer, they left a voice message for me to call and get my refund for over payment.
Called on my cell phone from California..didn't answer.
