Got a call from a woman asking about our DOT Compliance. Refused to let me take a message for whoever it was she wanted to talk to and said she would just call back.

Received a call from this "Joanne" stating that she needed to speak to someone regarding the regulation of our company's box trucks and that she was from the DOT. I told her someone will reach out to her, and she got a bit frustrated and said she was already on the phone, and it would be better if she calls back. I ended the call. This person is deceitful and it's all a sales pitch.
