just got a call from this number. car warranty bs

I believe this might be a debt collector. They left a pre-recorded message that said I would be 'serviced' (not served) at my place of employment. I was not sure what this meant?

The amount of Robo & Spam Calls has become RIDICULOUS & Out Of Control!!! Is There NOTHING Consumers can do to STOP THIS?!?! Consumers are paying Ridiculous amounts of Money for Cell Phone Services which I believe should have the right to keep their Cell Phone Numbers PRIVATE!
