Who called me from this phone number (919) 980-3068

Caller ID says "health advisors" but they have nothing to do with health. They had my name and said I seemed to be interested in furthering my education but they wanted more information about me first to see if I would be eligible. She was reading a script but finally stopped when I asked if she was a human being, so she actually was not an interactive recording but a real person. At that point I should have asked what they already knew about me and why they thought I might be interested. (I have a PhD and am retired and in my 70s so they are obviously selecting their targets very badly.) Then I hung up.
