Called night before Thanksgiving with some b.s. A woman and she spoke good english.

Someone from this number 919-932-8805 calls us and someone sounds like they can't speak English or are drunk or on drugs. They hang on and I can hear them breathing, they never say anything so I just put the phone down and left it until they hung up
