Who called me from this phone number (919) 879-3088

I get 3-4 calls from this number a day. I finally called it back and got a recorded greeting: "Thank you for calling Senior Living and Care. If you or a loved one is looking for Senior care....". I have been looking for senior care and apparently left my number with some one.
