After reading this I called them back--their name comes up as "Professional Recovery Consultants." The woman answering said her name was "Angel Powell." She refused to answer questions without my giving her "personal info to confirm." She gave me the same number as the "business office" and said they don't operate through "MyChart" because only my doctor can write me with it (obviously a scam). They gave the Meridian Parkway address as their physical address. I told her I was recording her and planned on reporting her to the Attorney General. She started to get angry and told me I was welcome to and that she was unable to provide me any answers to my questions because those were the "rules." I recommend calling them back, tying up their line, recording it, and reporting it forward. That's what I'm going to do, after writing Duke right now.
