Received a call from the number. Asked for a name I did not recognize, then engaged me ("maybe you can help"). He identified himself as Paul Jackson and representing a Police and Troopers association. What I found odd is that when I asked questions, the answer did not seem to be a response -- either "Paul" was closely following a script or the organization is using technology. For example, when I asked "What is the organization name?", there was a pause of a few seconds followed by "My name is Paul Jackson." When I asked the question again, it was the same response after a pause. So, seeing the callers number on my phone, I asked what city he was calling from. "Paul" replied that he is representing a Police and Troopers association. I repeated the question in a statement --- the CITY; tell me the CITY you're calling from. Same response. So I asked questions like what do you think about China landing a rover on the far side of the moon, what do you think of the upcoming blood moon eclipse, etc. The responses had nothing to do with the question and were around donations. I stayed quiet on the phone for about 15 seconds. There was no probing question to determine if I was still on the phone and the caller hung up (or the line disconnected).
Robo call. No answer.

Charity Pickup, I donated a few times in 2012 & 2013. They continuously call me, even though I have asked them not to. The calls are at random times during the day and evening.
