call calls but leaves no message scam or just lazy and ignorant?
I have received several of these calls in the last 2 months. Never leaves a message. Just another annoying scam calls I have gotten this year. It is out of control, and I do not understand, how this can be allowed, after they are reported. I thought the FTC, could, would, should do something. I feel that I am paying the phone company to allow more than 63 phone calls, just in March, to ring through. I can only block, so many on my phone. I have sent my phone carrier all of this type of calls, for 2 months!
