Called asking about buying a rental house I own. House had been vacant about a week when I got a message on my machine. Today another call. I questioned her. We buy houses to flip she said. I asked where she got my number and whay she called about that particular house...she said tax records. She said if are uncomfortable with this conversation, I can mark not to contact you again. I said please do.
