calls everyday when my answer machine picks up call they hang up without a word

Recorded line stated a job posting, then the "Can you hear me ok?". ***Warning*** This is trying to get you to say "Yes", in which they record the response to use as a confirmation (to bill you) for whatever. When i replied "I can hear you" the call disconnected.
