I spoke with a real person... I wonder who they might really be if their not a real estate company? I get lots of calls while i'm using my phone but 99% of the time no one ever says anything just silence.

Hey Bethany from Home Equity.... I live in a 30+ year old mobile home on a rented lot! I DOUBT you have any interest in buying my “real estate”. Get a real job!

Robo Call showed as “unknown number” 1111111111. “Bethany” said in the message to call them back at 919-551-3877. She never said the name of the company. The script was some nonsense about wanting to pay hard cash for my home equity. Funny thing is, this place is not a house and I just rent this unit, LOL! Scam!

I get the same voicemail from Bethany as the others who have posted. Offering cash for my home, which is not for sale. Phone call comes from 1-336-967-2296. Voicemail says to call back at 919-551-3877. By the way, I don’t see the company she says she represents “Equity Home Offer” in a google search. That’s always a good sign that this is a scam.

Bethany called came across as private on my cell phone and left voicemail. As with others her company wants to buy my home. Do not give them any information.

left a voicemail (second one now) "Hey how are you this is Bethany with Equity Home (cant find a real company with that name lol) I wanted to reach out to see if you're still interested in selling that property of yours um (we don't have a house for sale lol) I just wanted to let you know that the company I work for is actively buying properties in your area so just give me a quick call or text if you're interested....She then leaves the number 919-551-3877 but you cant even get a person, it takes you to a voicemail where they want you to "leave as much information as possible" to call you back. SCAM!!!

Wanted to know if I still wanted to sell my home. Never had my home up for sale. Scam!

Before this scam she was offering college student loan assistance! Changes her name every once in a while. Been Bethany for a while now...

Very personable-sounding woman, "Bethany", wanting to offer cash for my home. The message sounds like it's someone recording live, but from the comments here it looks like it's been pre-recorded and sent out to everyone. Definitely a scam, can we get this shut down?

Received a call from Bethany, stating that she would like to pay me cash for my house. How do these calls get through when my number is on the do not call register. I guess the list does not work.

Bethany with Equity Home Owner: recorded call. Solicitation for buying home. Phone # was verbally communicated in message: 919-551-3877. Call came across as "restricted" this time. This message is newer than prior ones, but still the same ole annoying robocall.

Received call from Bethany who sounds very similar to same speech syncopation as former President Obama. Definitely Robo call. Very weird. Be careful. Best left, to block & have voicemail pick up. These types of calls have been continuous.
